Slavic Pentecostal Church “Sulamita” was born in April of 1996, when a group of 35 people decided to come together to worship and serve God.

In 1998, church “Sulamita” registered in the State of Washington. The place of worship was a rented church building in the city of Lynnwood. The church membership grew steadily, and by 2004, when the church outgrew the maximum occupancy of the rented building, a decision was made to purchase our own property for a new place of worship.

Thanks to the diligence of the church members and a financial loan, the church purchased a warehouse building in the city of Mukilteo. Less than two years after acquiring the necessary paperwork and completing renovations, the building was complete. On December 17, 2006, the church began a new milestone in the building in which we gather for worship today.

Church life today

Many ways to worship and serve

Every year we offer Water Baptism to anyone who accepts Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and is ready to publicly confess their faith.

By the grace of God, we are able to offer many opportunities to worship the Lord through ministry and to serve one another with God-given gifts and talents. The church has departments serving people of all ages, as well as ministries in missions outreach, media, music, choir, camps and retreats, and several administrative functions.

We offer Sunday School classes for children ages 4–12, a nursery for younger children, Bible classes for teenagers, native language lessons, and weekly youth and prayer services. As we continue to glorify God, the number of ministries for everyone who wants to serve continues to grow.

To Him we give all the glory, for His is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever. Hallelujah.
